SIEBTECHNIK TEMA is an expert in the automatic quality control of various materials.
Our equipment covers the entire sampling and sample preparation cycle and includes sampling, control screening and crushing.
Our designs take into account both financial and technical aspects as well as specific customer conditions and are based on the requirements of standards to ensure representative sampling.

For sampling, we manufacture hammer, slot vessel, slurry/downpipe screw, pisto, clinker, air slide and turnstile samplers.
For particle size control we manufacture large screening machines and analytical sieve shakers.
For sample grinding we produce jaw, hammer, roller and cone crushers.
For fine grinding we produce disk mills and vibrating mills.
For sample volume reduction we produce turnstile, revolving tube and rotary dividers.

More than a hundred years of experience in designing different types of screens to meet specific customer requirements.
Our screens with linear, elliptical and circular vibrations are suitable for separating granular and bulk materials into different grain classes. Screening in the extended sense includes grain size sorting, including pre-screening, control screening, screening, dewatering and desliming.
We also manufacture and supply special screens such as pre-separators, underwater classifiers, sand screens, semi-mobile, stationary, with dust covers, for hot gravel classification and many more.
All equipment is designed using state-of-the-art CAD systems and represents off-the-shelf or customized solutions for virtually any screening application.
SIEBTECHNIK TEMA is a specialist in gravity concentration of materials.
The time-tested and continuously modernized SK pulsator jig machines are specially designed to separate light material from heavy material by means of a vertically pulsating water flow through the jig bed.
Compensators and an eccentric drive enable the enrichment of fractions up to 35 mm.
We can offer individual machines for stationary applications as well as complete semi-mobile units.
