Suitable for single-line lubrication systems
The SKF Lincoln FlowMaster 3 is a next-generation lubrication pump engineered to prolong service life in a variety of demanding environments. The modular design, upgraded drive system, and upgraded technology results in an industry leading product which greatly reduces unplanned downtime on critical assets.
Modern equipment runs harder and longer than ever, facing heavy loads, abrasive contaminants, and relentless production schedules. This increasing demand leaves little time for a technician to utilize manual lubrication devices. By utilizing the FlowMaster 3 pump, the owners and operators of critical equipment can keep the machine running while providing grease to the bearing points.
SL-6 high-pressure metering devices
The SKF Lincoln SL-6 metering device is our latest single-line automatic lubrication system injector. A proven design that is thoroughly updated to meet new demands on maintainability, leakage-protection and long-lasting performance even with harsh extrem pressure greases.
The improved sealing technology of the SL-6 reduces the risk of bypass, and in the unlikely event of a failure, the closed design leads bypass lubricant to the bearing.
The SL-6 makes maintenance easy. A highly visible red indicator pin allows for easy function checks. The adjusting screw can be managed with basic crescent wrenches rather than channel locks. A hex-shaped body makes it easier to work with the injector in tight spaces.
The broad output range makes the SL-6 a suitable replacement for injectors with different outputs and the standard dimensions and connections make it easy to fit in an existing system.
